CONSULTING

We recognize the need to work in partnership with our clients and gain a strong understanding of their business operations and objectives. We can provide an in-depth analysis of business processes, evaluate current systems and develop solutions that add real value to an organization. DWC has no "reseller" interest in recommending one brand over another. The products we put forward are selected purely on the basis of their functionality, stability and value.


IMPLEMENTATION

DWC can provide the expertise to project manage the implementation of both new systems and upgrades. We will systematically plan, install, configure and test all aspects of hardware and software to ensure the system is fully optimized for performance, security and reliability. All systems are fully documented and administration training can be provided as required. We endeavour to maintain the functionality of legacy systems to ensure disruption, if any, is kept to a minimum. Normally the final commissioning of work will take place over a weekend. DWC does not charge an elevated hourly rate for after-hours work. All work is billed at the same rate, regardless of the time or day of the week. We understand that large projects must occur after business hours, and do not penalize our clients for the realities associated with running their own business.

 

SUPPORT SERVICES

Long term client relationships are a result of our flexible, responsive, support services. DWC provides a combination of telephone, on-site and remote support to cost-effectively maintain our client's systems. Routine maintenance and security & performance monitoring is implemented and managed remotely. On occasions where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will normally be on site within two hours.
