BILLABLE RATE

• Hourly Rate   $145.00/hour

• Billing Increment  30 minutes

• Travel Charge N/A**

• Phone Support   < 15 minutes: No Charge

• Phone Support   > 15 minutes: $100.00/hour 

 

      *within 30 minutes of Victoria, BC

 

TERMS

• Invoices are due and payable upon receipt unless an alternative has been agreed upon in advance.

 

WARRANTY

• All Hardware supplied is warranted against failure due to manufacturer's defect for 1 year, Parts and Labour included. Some manufacturers' warranties are as long as 5 years and DWC will provide a conduit for warranty resolution.

 

 

SERVICE/RESPONSE TIMES

DWC, with a Service Level Agreement (SLA), guarantees on-site emergency/ critical support within:

2 hours   Monday - Friday (8-6)

3 hours   Saturday - Sunday (9-5)

4 hours   Emergency (24-7)
